About the Job
* Provide support to a company’s sales department.
* responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.
* Handling CRM.
* Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
* Organize meeting and arrange appointments
* Receive the weekly performance report from sales team.
* Follow up with the sales team the leads feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Experience in real estate, CRM experience is preferable
- Proficient use of Microsoft office.
- Highly presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
