About the Job
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Maintain company calendar & schedule appointments
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Maintain and update company databases
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date for managerial level, arranging interviews and so on.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree is must.
- 3-5 years experience in the same position.
- Fluency in English, spoken & written.
- Experience PC skills(Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills.
