Executive Secretary
Job Description:-
1- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
3- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
4- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
5- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports Develop and maintain a filing system
6- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
7- Make travel arrangements
8- Document expenses and hand in reports
9- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
with the following requirements:-
1- Bsc from a reputable university
2- Experience 1-3 years in the same filed
3- presentable
4- Flexible
5- High problem solving skill
6- Can work under pressure
7- Preferable nearby residents (Badr City – Madinaty – Sherouk City – Heliopolis – Nasr City)
