One of the biggest Marketing agencies in Egypt located in Heliopolis is hiring now Buisness Development Manager with the below responsibilities:
•Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Present and sell company services and products to current and potential clients.
•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
•Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
•Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
•Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
•Develop and maintain sales materials and current services knowledge.
•Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
•Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
•Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Account Managers.
•Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
•Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
•Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Account Manager.
•Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
•Assists Sales Account Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations.
-Requirements:
•7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing industry is a must.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
•Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
•Excellent negotiation skills.
•Knowledge of events management, advertising, and sales promotion techniques.
•Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
•Fluent in Arabic and English.
