We are looking for Recruitment Specialists to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
-Job duties
– Responsible for fulfilling the hiring needs for the operations departments.
-Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channel, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, walk ins, and referrals.
-Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media
-Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
-Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
-Developing pool of qualified candidates as a reserve.
-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
-Follow up company Facebook page.
The requirements/skills
-University graduate.
– Good knowledge in the full cycle of recruitment.
– Interviewing Skills
-From 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center and mass hiring.
-V. Good to excellent English.
-V.Good Communication and handling skills.
-Flexible to work at Abasia and Maadi sites.
-Working hours: 8 hours.
– fixed off (Friday and Saturday).
