About the Job
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
- Acquire information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
- Work with the line manager to identify target lists for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular and fully documented contact with an existing client base.
- Building relationships and developing new accounts.
- Establish customer needs and identify Sales Opportunities.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Job Requirements
- Advanced English Level C1 or C2 “Fluent”.
- A background in sales support or sales coordination is essential.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and other relevant computer programs.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.
