About the Job
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
  • Acquire information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
  • Work with the line manager to identify target lists for prospective customers.
  • Maintain regular and fully documented contact with an existing client base.
  • Building relationships and developing new accounts.
  • Establish customer needs and identify Sales Opportunities.
  • Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Job Requirements
  • Advanced English Level C1 or C2 “Fluent”.
  • A background in sales support or sales coordination is essential.
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and other relevant computer programs.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.
