Evyap Egypt company is hiring ‘Receptionist’;
Job Description:
o Greet visitors warmly and delivering them to the concerned persons
o Answer phones and operate a switchboard and monitors and records long distance phone calls
o Schedule meetings and conference rooms
o Control correspondences (Couriers)
o Organize the office operations and procedures
o Prepare time sheets (Attendance Sheets)
o Liaise with the company departments
o Design filling system and maintain it up to date
o Revise the invoices that relate to the Land lines, Couriers, Electricity, Water, … etc
o Ensure protection and security of file and records as well as effectiveness of transfer.
o Manage the stationary requests
o Handle the Buffet Items – Supplies
o Handle Expenses claims and send them to the financial department.
o Perform other related duties as required (Scanning, Sending e-mails, Handling phone calls,… etc).
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree graduated
• Minimum 2 years experience in Administration field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
• Process oriented and having eye for details
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and oral English
• Experience in FMCG business would be advantage
