Roles & Responsibilities:
– Welcomes Patients.
– Collects data required to record patients on the system.
– Files documents.
– Answers phone calls.
– Provides answers to inquiries.
– Issues Reports.
– Enters information into medical records of new and existing patients.
– Schedules patients for appointments.
– Compiles all documents needed by the insurance companies.
– Performs other related duties as requested.
Skills and abilities:
-Multi-Tasking.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Attention to details.
-Ability to work individually or in team.
-Interpersonal skills.
-Good Communication skills.
-MS office Proficiency.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages–
Qualifications:
–Bachelor degree.
