Technical Operations Head Jobs in OGTech September 2019

About the Job
  • Create and develop solutions and innovations for product expansion.
  • Upgrade Sales, Engineering and Software team’s technical knowledge to new technologies.
  • Support sales team technically, attend sales meetings and negotiate technical product requirements with customers and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Study and define devices properties, develop concepts, verify prototypes.
  • Arrange with the software team for new solutions or modifications.
  • Integrating and testing functionality with other parts of the solution before the final delivery to customer.
  • Manage multiple project timelines, resources and responsibilities to achieve goals.
  • Support engineering team in all projects regarding any assigned task and provide technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
  • Ensure applying engineering methods for new solutions with the highest standards of quality, on time, within budget, minimize cost and efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Analytical skills and innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to conceptualize ways to invent and improve solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Business and technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage time in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Business awareness.
  • Adaptability and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Capability to concentrate under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines.
