Back-End Developer based on WordPress Jobs in Rowaad August 2019

Hello Developers,

1. Work closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists to make websites and applications from concept to working product for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
2. Communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
3. Help address various types of client requests ranging from bug fixes to functionality or feature enhancements for existing websites.
4. Install, customize, and maintain CMS platforms along with plug-ins and 3rd-party applications.
5. Working knowledge of popular CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal
6. Experience developing front end web sites and applications using HTML5, CSS3, SASS, PHP, and ES6
7. Familiarity with a version control system (we use Git) and deployment procedures
8. Strong problem-solving skills (troubleshooting & research)

Prefer but not required:

1. Understanding of Magento’s code structure, extension architecture, theme hierarchy, and fallback components

The ideal candidate isn’t about being fluent in every possible technology there is because specialization exists for a reason. It’s more about having an understanding in each of the areas above, to communicate intelligently with the other team members and to be a good asset if the situation so requires.
