Responsibilities:
•Participate in strategic growth plans when needed.
•Develop, supervise and guide implementation of periodical sales plans.
•Develop quarter and monthly sales action plans, including targets, sales mechanisms, and promotions ….etc.
•Participate in developing advertising campaigns jointly with the marketing department when needed.
•Manage his\her team in providing personal selling support within some branches based on demand.
•Manage with his\her team the selling process during any related promotional events, fixed selling booths ….etc
•Support in the preparations of any promotional campaigns, events, PR activities…..etc, when needed.
•Support In developing new markets (geographically & demographically).
•Provide in-depth analysis for all related sales activities, including identifications of problems and recommendations for development.
•Provide superior with monthly reports upon assigned activities and his\her team performance.
•Support superior in any assigned task when needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in business management or related field, preferably in marketing management.
• 1-3 Years of experience
• Proven experience in the field of marketing sales, business development.
•Proven experience in corporate sales is a pulse.
