Food Safety Quality needed for IRG-Egypt

Job Description:
– Conduct daily kitchen walk-thru assessments and
report any food safety and quality discrepancies.
– Coordinate non-conforming product issues including identification,
segregation, disposition, tracking, and corrective action of non-conforming product.
– Approves incoming, in-process and finished production by confirming specifications;
conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments
and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
– Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following
standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
– Manage all product-related quality activities for assigned categories,
including specification approvals, labels reviews and approvals,
product monitoring, brand standard compliance verification.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
( College of Veterinary Medicine or agriculture )
– HACCP and GMP CERTIFICATION
– fresh graduate
– Very Good command of English
– Multi-task oriented
– Maximum age 26 years
