Job Description:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email.
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Provide needed information on IT products or services.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Experience more than 2 years.
- BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field.
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
- Excellent English language skills
· Banking Business Experience will be an asset
