CEO assistant at new cairo 5th settlement
About the job:
-Analyze information for the CEO to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, etc..
-Responsible for organizing CEO travel icluding flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodatiob, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses
-works closely & effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsabilities
-Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
-Manage executives calenders and setup meetings
Job requirements:
-Bachelor degree
-Fluent in english
-Professional MS office skills
(word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
-Well organized, Detail-oriented
-Females only
-Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm
-Experience from 1 – 3
-Unveiled is must
