About the Job
- Act as a front-line interface with customers
- Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services over the phone and on social media
- Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our data
- Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
- Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in the Customer Service field.
- Has Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel).
- Great Communicator who can handle Customer Inquiries
- Has the ability to counsel, negotiate and advise others.
- Persistent to see a job through to conclusion.
