- To attract customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve through feedback
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent Customer Orientation
- Proven sales ability
- Knowledgeable in sales techniques
- Anticipates and solves problems

About the Job
- Researches, prospects, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets.
- Captures leads, prospects and maintains a database for such prospects.
- Updates himself/ herself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives
- Prospects and meets clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings in a way that does not affect the sales center operations.
- Conducts viewing for prospects.
- Completes other assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times.
- Represents the company during exhibitions and shows.
- Participate in sales launches/events whenever required.
- Maintains and develops business with existing customers.
- Handles all customers in a professional manner.
- Follows-up with own customers for signing sales agreements.
- Promptly responds to all inquiries received.
- Creates pipeline reports for submission to the line manager.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales with Property Developer or Real Estate Brokerage Firm
