About the Job
Work responsibility:
- Ensure stable and reliable Operation for internal cloud
- Day-to-day performance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting and fault analysis and repair.
- Trouble ticket generation, response and escalations.
- Standard changes implementation via our change control systems and processes.
- Administration for Management applications for health monitor and archive configuration.
- Participate in a 24×7 call-out rota.
- Ticket and standard changes response for customer with valid support contract
- Technical administration and installation for Network lines with ISPs (leased lines, 3G, VSAT, Fiber, Microwave,…)
Technical administration and installation for network devices which includes but not limited to the below;
- Core switches (Cisco 65xx, …)
- Data center switches (Nexus 1k, 2k, 5k, 7k and 9k, Fabric interconnect, Chassis Switches,..)
- Cisco ACI solution
- Routers (Cisco ASR 100x,19xx, 29xx, 38xx,28xx, 18xx, 88x,819,.. )
- Application delivery controllers (F5, Citrix,..)
- Wireless controllers, wireless access points
- Technical administration and installation for network monitor and management application which includes but not limited to (cisco prime, Whatsup,…)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication / computer engineering.
- 2-4 years working experience in a similar environment / cisco partner.
- Strong routing and switching knowledge and hands-on is a must.
- Experience in Cisco ACI is a must.
- Experience in load balancer solutions / cisco wireless solution is a plus.
- CCNP R&S / CCNP Data center is a plus.
- ITIL Foundational is a plus.
