Business Development & Sales Specialist For a reputable company located

Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Prepare outdoor action plans, and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Manage, track and follow up with the clients.
• Conduct sales presentations with client.
• Identify and resolve client concerns
•Follow up with internal team the project Implementation phase’s field and delivery.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in selling HR solutions, Recruitment, Outsourcing, HR systems is preferred.
-Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
-Superior Interpersonal and Communication skills.
