Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Location: Nasr City
Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Administer appropriate organization assessments
Conduct first HR interviews
Ensure the following efficient interviewing techniques
Track hiring metrics including (time-to-hire// time-to-fill //source of hire//Cost per hire), to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the organization objectives.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare monthly headcount report.
Job Requirments :
University degree in a relevant field.
Excellent command of English Language.
Years of experience: 1-3, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value
Preferable candidates located close to the ERC premises.
