1-IT Systems Administrator

“Job description”

• Define, support and maintain the current business infrastructure including SAP ERP system, VMware Esxi, networks, VPN tools, firewalls, Backup Exec, qnap datastore storage, disaster recovery, antivirus management, switches and servers, in addition to assisting with generalized desktop system support.
• Prepare and maintain current IT policies and procedures related to process and platforms.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades to existing server, network and other IT infrastructure equipment.
• Maintain software licenses and support agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate operating efficiency, proactively identify and resolve potential issues prior to business impact or with minimal downtime.
• Identify and test patches prior to installation; push same as needed.
• Work with resources to provide a cyber security posture consistent with business impact analysis and disaster recovery plans.

” Requirements “

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science
• Experience as systems or network administrator.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimal over site, excellent problem isolation and correction skills relative to business systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of client issues particularly with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Programming skill is a plus.
• Network certification is a plus.
• Experience as a Windows System Administrator
