“Contact Center Agents”
– Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions.
– Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
– Resolves customer complaints received via phone, email, or social media.
– Updates customer’s data.
Years of experience: 6 months – 2 Years in Call Center.
English Level: Good.
Working hours: 8 hours (One Day Off).
