JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Ensuring that appropriate customer service is provided during phone and person to person contacts with health care consumers, other staff members and external suppliers.
• Insuring patient has all necessary paperwork for further testing.
• Responding to Patients concerns or complaints by recording these or referring the person to another team member.
• Maintain secure and confidential patient files in the computerized patient information
• Performing typing, scanning and filing duties accurately.
• Ensuring incoming and outgoing mail is processed promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English
• Gender: Male and female
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.
• Able to work collectively with administration and staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in business Administration or any other related field
• 1-3 years of experience, preferable in laboratories, hospitals or medical centers.
