Demand Planner is wanted by a well-known foods company located at Zamalek
Responsibilities
Plan and forecast demands based on historical data analysis, statistical modeling, marketing
strategies, inventory levels and sales trends
• Analyze and interpret products’ life-cycles to ensure better estimate and forecasting
• Determine optimal stock levels, safety stocks, re-ordering points and liaise with different
category and retail operation managers
• Evaluate the efficiency of inventory management and improve inventory turnover ratio
• Identify opportunities and new methodologies to improve the accuracy of forecasting and
planning
—-Requirements—
• Proven working experience as a planner
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Very good command of English language
• BS/MS degree in supply chain/ management or a related field
