The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt is searching for talented candidates to be hired on the position of: ”Account Executive” in the Career Development Center. Duties and responsibilities: – Responsible for marketing selling and implementing of the CDC services for members & non-members as well as implementation of the programs assigned. – Develop the business plan and ensure annual growth and expansion – Responsible for providing excellent service to clients to ensure satisfaction – Responsible for resolving and documenting customer complaints and reporting them to supervisor – Responsible for identifying new instructors for the programs at hand
– Develop marketing material for the assigned programs – Update website with the promotional material necessary to sell the program – Plan and execute marketing campaigns for programs at hand to increase sales – Present and promote CDC services to prospective clients – Responsible for developing new client (corporate accounts) and maintaining existing ones – Responsible for conducting presentations in business development meetings and events – Participate in developing and updating of CDC policies and procedures – Produce weekly monthly and annually reports on all activities vs. the business plan Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing background is preferable). Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English). 1-3 Years of Experience. Previous experience in sales of online services is a plus. #Undergraduates are welcome to apply for a 3 months internship.
