Job Description:
1-Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and individuals
2- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
3- Manage and schedule travel process and documents
4- Handle information request * Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
5- Coordinate office management activities
6-Prepare agenda for meetings
7- Coordinate travel arrangements
8-Operate office equipment’s such as photo copy machine and scan
Qualifications: 1)Bachelor degree
2)2-4 years of experience 3)Excellent English 4) Excellent communication skill
Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
Compensations: Salary + Commission + Profit Share + Medical & Life Insurance.
