Treasury Accountant
Responsibility
Administer the invoices booking process by receiving, reviewing and allocating all indirect (Non-Raw Material) invoices on the IFS system to ensure that the payments f local/foreign suppliers and intercompany are made within the due dates.
Monitor the quality and the efficiency of the Import Documents Collections (IDCs) cycle by receiving, reviewing and tracking the documents, making sure that all the documents are in the required form to ensure that the foreign suppliers payments are made in the agreed due dates.
Communicate, manage and co-operate internally with all the departments inside the company and externally with intercompany, banks and suppliers by e-mails, meetings and telephone to ensure the smoothness, effectiveness and efficiency of the work process.
Administer and monitor the accuracy of the related accounts like prepaid/accrual by analysing and managing the transactions on these accounts and preparing reports that shows the breakdowns to ensure efficient and smooth monthly closing process.
Administer and book employees’ advances and expenses on our Income Statement by reviewing the documents, signatures with the company’s policy and allocate them correctly on the concerned accounts to assure the all employees tasks and work goals are done effectively and smoothly on time.
