Globex for trading is hiring office admin Job description: Revising and printing documents in Russian language. (Russian is not a must) Following up emails. Arranging visits preparations “before and during the visit” Sending documents via DHL. Writing and logging each and every information in social media Group(S) Fulfilling working data bases. Assisting accounting department in writing expenses reports and letters preparations.

Assisting foreign employees and arranging transportation when needed. Purchasing requests for office stationary. Following up the office cleaning and required items.
