Quraan_Quality_Assurance_Representative Work_From_Home A Fast Growing Online Academy for Teaching Quraan & the Arabic Language to Non-Arabic Speaking Muslims worldwide requires: • Job Title : Quraan Quality Assurance Representative • Gender : Female • Age : Any • Job Type : Work from home[7 hours] • Days Off : Friday • Monthly Net salary :From 3000 to 4000 EGP based on candidate’s experience and competency level • Experience : Previous experience in the following will be an asset :- o Teaching Quraan to non-Arabic speakers o Experience guiding and training teachers o Experience writing reports Job Purpose: =========== To be responsible for the overall quality level of our teachers and students Job Description: • Training and evaluating new Quran teachers on the academy’s teaching methodology and processes. • Monitoring teachers and students performance in their sessions

• Creating daily reports on the quality of both students/teachers in attended sessions • One on one coaching of teachers on how to improve performance in the classroom • Responding to questions related to tajweed asked by teachers • Reviewing and approving all new material and content before use in a classroom • Reporting to management in case of severe problems with the performance of teachers or students • Communicating with students to survey level of satisfaction with our services regarding educational quality • Providing online lessons to teachers in groups to improve their performance or increase their knowledge • Maintaining a strong online connection at all times during working hours Job Requirements: ============= • Excellent knowledge of theoretical and practical tajweed (no Ijaza is required) • Working 7 hours per day • Very good knowledge of the English language (with a focus on reading and writing) • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) • Hard work dedication and attention to detail • Bachelor degree holder • TOT holder is an asset • Must be a resident in Egypt from any governorate **Note: Any Qualified Candidate from any governorate in Egypt can apply because the work is from Home ******If you feel that you are qualified for this position please send your updated CV to hr@nouracademy.com . ***Make sure to mention the job title in the subject of your email ” Quraan Quality Assurance Representative “in order for your CV to be considered.
