Emirates NBD Bank is currently hiring the position of Receptionist with the following requirements:
• Bachelor Degree.
• Computer skills.
• Handling incoming calls to the staff in the Head Office.
• Making outgoing calls for staff to other branches/banks.

• Making international calls for Head Office staff.
• Linking between branches & Head Office .
• Connecting customers to branches they cannot reach.
• Handling customers with complaints who cannot reach the Head Office & send the message to Quality Dept.
• Reporting about phone problems or breakdowns.
