Dears Looking for an “Executive Secretary” for a promising company media production located at Zamalek Candidates MUST posses previous extensive experience in same field. • Receive phone calls and redirect them when appropriate • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail letters packages etc.) • Make travel arrangements for executives • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in any field. • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role From 1 to 2 years • Excellent English and Arabic • Presentable • Excellent in MS Office (Excel Word Etc.). • Highly organized and flexible with the working hours. • Salary: Negotiable • Max Age: 30
