Urgently required for telecom company Area Supervisor:- With minimum 3 years’ experience as area supervisor in retail Job Responsibilities and Duties- – Ability to manage the number of employees specified. – Ability to manage assigned number of stores inside/ outside Greater Cairo – Coordinate activities of employees and supervise them. – Follow target and quality for each branch to make sure that objectives will be met. – Keeping track of day-to-day operations held by employees. – Should be able to know all the procedures and work conditions in that area to manage it effectively. – Responsible for maintaining records of employee timings and leaves also the productivity-sales averages. – Responsible for everything related to the branch(Target- cleanliness- attitude of employees- contracts-
