Rashideen Egypt for trade one of the biggest distribution companies in the middle east is hiring “ IT Technician” . Job_Location : Ismailia . Job Responsibilities:- – Troubleshooting of all hardware & Software issues related to (printers- PCs-Scanners).
– Daily check-up all routers & switches performance and remote server. – Installing (windows – drivers – applications) on PCs and applying for users on windows. – Daily check- up of sales reps. Handheld and printers and managing their data according to SOP. – Weekly check-up on desktops & laptops to (Scan viruses- check performance). – Managing and monitoring stock of hardware of the branch and purchasing some of hardware spare parts needed for the branch after getting approval from main branch. – Installing any cables connections and fingerprint machines for the branch. . Job requirements :- – Bachelor degree in information system or any relevant field. – 1-3 years of experience in IT field. – Fundamental CCNA and MCIP (PP) holder. – Very good communication and problem solving skills. – Ismailia and nearby residents. .
