job Managing Director secretary at United oil services company About the Job * Welcome visitors * Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls * Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers * Organize the office layout maintains supplies of stationery and equipment records office expenditure and manages the budget * Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences. * Organizes and attends Managing Director “MD” meetings with staff – that includes typing the agenda taking minutes and follow up on results * The ability to work under pressure . * Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations .

* Maintain a high level of confidentiality . * Typing compiling and preparing reports presentations correspondence.
