Front Desk is required in a company located in Mohandseen with the following criteria: Job Description: – Greet and welcome guests – Answer questions and address complaints – Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
– Receive letters packages etc. and distribute them – Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence securing parcels etc. – Check sort and forward emails – Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary – Keep updated records and files – Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements schedules etc.) Qualifications: -Experience from 1 to 2 years -Net salary is 3000 EGP -9 working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM -2 days off -Females -Presentable Interested candidates can send their CVs to [email protected] with mentioning the job title in the subject line.
