EcoConServ is currently looking for a “Project Assistant” to provide support to the project team in coordinating and completing project activities and tasks. Job Requirements: -Maintain & archive hard and soft copies of all program documents -Handle all financial documents (invoices disbursement notice bank swifts receiving document inspection certificate…etc.) -Operate data management system -Take Minutes of all meetings/workshops/working sessions -Prepare draft Quarter report by including all events and works completed during the period -Organize workshops -Prepare presentations for workshops -Prepare technical training material under supervision of TL/DTL

-Provide required office supplies -Organize visits for international experts -Follow up on tasks of national experts -Prepare project calendar with all events and coordinate with stakeholders -Send invitations for attendees of sessions/workshops/training Qualifications: -University Degree in Accounting Finance Public or Business Administration or related field OR university degree in another field combined with a professional qualification in accounting or finance -Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience -Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic -Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time -Ability to be self-directed and work independently -Proficient and creative computer skills and knowledge of current technology If you meet the above qualifications please send your C.V. to youstina@ecoconserv.com Please reference “Project Assistant” in the subject line.
