To monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness 2. To analyze revenue and expenditure trends for the funding monitored by this position and recommends appropriate budget levels and ensures expenditure control 3. To advise and interpret policies to staff and vendors
explain billings and reports and resolves related problems. 4. Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial and human resources management systems and serves on committees which develop fiscal policies and procedures. 5. To interact with internal and external auditors participates in auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required. 6. As required and necessary may develop negotiate and defend a unit’s operating budget and consult with the management of the unit on the fiscal aspects of program planning etc. 7. As required and necessary may supervise and/or lead lower graded employees and/or students. Qualifications (Education & Work Experience): Education: A Bachelor’s degree.
