For educational institute its need to hire the following position: “IT Specialist” * Working Hours: Full time * Location: Masr El Gdeda Cairo * Experience: 1-3 year * Salary: Competitive basic salary based on (Experiences – Certificates – Interview – Test) * Degree: Bsc: Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or any related field. – Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012 R2-2016 Windows 7 10) – Certificates : (Preferably) A+ N+ MCSA CCNA *Job description: 1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming Incidents and issues related to computer systems software and hardware. 2. Respond to Incidents either by email or over the phone 3. Install and configure routers switches and various transmission media 4. Install optimize and troubleshoot Local Area Networks

5. Participate in the implementation installation and testing of applications software 6. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed stored or accessed by the network 7. Responds to Customer inquiries concerning systems operation and applications diagnoses the faced problems 8. Align preventive maintenance process to avoid the repetition of the incidents 9.
