Senior Technical Writer Responsibilities: • Creation of technical documentation (SRS; Software architecture document with UML diagrams sequence diagrams; installation guides etc) with high-quality that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended customers • Work with cross-functional teams to gather organize and document information and keep it up to date • Investigate select and apply best-of-breed tools techniques and technologies for technical writers to improve documentation processes as needed. • Edit and finalize documents to make them ready for publication and distribution to customers.
Job Requirements • 5+ years working experience in technical writing • Fluent English spoken and written • Good understanding of server network database and hosting architecture • Excellent editing skills with attention to detail consistency and a strong focus on quality. • Advanced proofreading indexing document design and document publishing skills. • Ability to understand and explain complex systems code and implementation and integration processes in simple terms.
