Is looking for Department Coordinator Job Category:Administration Customer Service Sales Job Description: 1-Responsible on all documentation & filling in the dept. 2-Creating Updating & follow up: Sales Opportunities Quotations Sales Orders Purchase Orders Deliveries Service calls & money collection for all brands responsible in the dept. 3-Reporting. 4-Ensure all company procedures are met and carried out correctly 5-Communication with suppliers & customers. 6-Keep SAP always up to date. 7-deal directly with customers either by telephone electronically
or face to face 8-respond promptly to customer inquiries 9-handle and resolve customer complaints 10-obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 11-provide pricing and delivery information Qualifications: 1.BSc of Engineering /Science/ Business Administration 2.From 1-2 years’ experience. 3.Able to Plan the tasks time & resources to avoid any potential problems on site Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
