About the Job :- -Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information location and providing information. -Maintains call center database by entering information. -Determine requirements by working with customers. -Manage and resolve customer complaints. -Follow up customer calls where necessary.
-Enter new customer information into system. -Take the customer calls through the Sales Team. -Handle customer inquiries both telepathically. -Work will be for 3 days/week – 8 hours including breaks (No night or overnight shifts) -Competitive Salary depend on the interview & previous experience. -Immediate hiring.
