We are looking for “Customer Service Representative” to join MATGR Team. Fixed morning rotation 2 days off per week Medical insurance Social insurance Annual bonus About the job • Meet monthly spare parts sales visits and contracts targets. • Implement promotion programs to increase the sales and meet customer requirements. • Handle products complains or returns and insure customer satisfaction • Analyze monthly reports on sales and expenses to ensure that productivity and profitability objectives are met. • Location : Obour city Opposite MCV. Qualifications • University bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

• Has 3 -4years’ experience at least in Customer Service field (preferably in one of the leading trading automotive companies). • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Product and spare parts knowledge. • Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems. • Possess high reporting skills. • Very good oral and written English and Arabic is a must. • Ability to work under pressure.
