#sales_real_estate A Reputable Real estate Company is hiring Corporate Sales (Females): 2 positions at Heliopolis Benefits: •Salary from 5000 to 7000 LE •Social Insurance •Medical Insurance •Commission The Corporate Sales will be responsible to: •Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; •Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; •Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. •Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. •Representing the company at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations.
•Negotiating on price costs delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. •Creating detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer. •Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements. Qualifications: BSc/BA of any Discipline or Higher Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Presentation Skills Excellent English Excellent Negotiation Skills Good Looking.
