Microsystem is hiring Sales executive at Smart Village branch Responsibilities: – Daily prospecting for new leads and promote our product to them. – Candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and explaining the company services to the callers. – Follow up with current clients to make sure the process is smooth (Post Sales). – Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
– Update CRM daily. Job Requirements – Previous experience in sales and account management is a must. – Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job. – Good knowledge of the English language. – Social speaker. – living in 6 October is preferred.
