We are looking for Recruitment Specialist (mid level).
Recruiter is that EMPLOYEE who is responsible for:
1- Design Manpower Plan based on work-load analysis and turnover analysis.
2- Create Recruitment plan for the whole organization.
3- Make all Recruitment practices from sourcing, screening, interviewing, giving offers, and filling.
4- Provide HR Manager with all required reports.
He must:
1- Hold Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent (with post graduate certificate or Master is a plus).
2- Have (3-5) years of experience in the same position.
3- Have very good Communication, Negotiation Skills and English Language.
