Urgently needed for Proper Homes Property Management A Telesales Team Leader with the below Requirements:
-Achieving sales targets.
-Closing deals by following a prepared script and give service knowledge.
-Outbound calls for potential customers
-maintains quality service by following organization standards.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Continually seeks opportunities to increase Sales / Customer Satisfaction and deepen relationships.
-Any other work related duties & responsibilities assigned by his/her manager
-Be in charge of running and managing the team daily
Set targets for all other Team to meet up with.
-Leadership skills
-Good in English
-Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
