Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree of science is a must (chemistry major preferable)
ISO 9001:2015, FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP training certificates is a must.-
-Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality control 3 years managerial role minimum.
PET/ HDPE raw material inspection previous experience is a must.-
-Perform / Caps injection machines previous experience is a must.
-Age between 32 and 40 years old
Job Description:

– Ensures that processes needed for the Quality management systems are established, implemented and maintained
– Responsible for organizing the Management review meetings.
– Responsible for organizing the Internal Quality Audit.
– Responsible for coordinating with department heads in identifying implementing and controlling the issues of Statistical Techniques.
– Responsible for promotion of awareness of customer’s requirements in the organization.
– Responsible to identify, record problem with respect to product, process or FSMS Quality systems, provide solution, initiate actions to avoid recurrence and verify implementation of corrective and preventive action.
– Responsible for the communication with external parties on matters relating to Quality system.
– Responsible for preparing training schedule for staff and workers and timely implementation in coordination with HR Manager.
– Ensure proper training to all in the company and awareness on personal hygiene, cleanliness and other PRPs in coordination with HR Manager.
– Responsible for checking production report in terms of rejections, utilization of the grinded items.
– Responsible for supplying the management with the overall factory rooms of improvement regarding the customers serving and the factory premises utilization and improvement.
– Submitting a weekly report to the general Manager about the weakness points and the strength points and the action plan against the weaknesses.
– Report to the top management if there any deficiencies in the system & product specifications
– Analyze the non conformities and take corrective &am
p; preventive action to ensure the avoid recurrence
– Analyze the NCR incidents and take proper CAPA with respective dept.
– Controlling, Minimizing, reducing the rejections.
– Performing the visual inspection activities on all the received items, raw materials.
– Perform the required laboratory testing for raw materials( PET) as per the agreed specifications
– Issue certificate of analysis for the inspected and tested material
– Stamp the rejected items as rejected items .
– Perform the visual inspection activities for all finished products according to the agreed specifications.
– Stamp the rejected items as hold products and re inspect .after making sorting to it
– Perform the laboratory testing for the finished goods
– Issue a batch card for the approved items
– Supervise the release of the accepted finished products from production area to storage area
– Supervise the storage of the finished product & insure it is stored in proper way
– Collecting sample of finished product from which will be released to the client and make the required laboratory testing for it
Issue a certificate of analysis of analysis for the accepted items and approve form the Quality manager
– Supervise the dispatching of the finished product from stores to the trailers Checking all finished goods- product and its packaging, if all find good, give approval certificate to the warehouse for delivery.
– Prepare Certificate of Analysis with batch numbers to the customers for all delivery, and send this certificate along with product.

Authorities

– Stop the production if any non-conformities found in process
– Hold the product until the required inspections and tests are completed
– Disposition of the non-conformities products
– Application of controls to ensure that corrective actions taken on the products, processes, are effective
– Approval of Daily testing reports and inspections instructions
– Has the authority to control further processing and stops production due to any unsatisfactory conditions prevailing in the plant which adversely affects product quality.
– Reporting to the General Manager
