(Medical service Agents):
Job Description:
1-Answering outside calls (IN bound).
2-Cancellation & rescheduling (OUT bound).
3- Guide the patients to have the best solution & answers to their demands & needs.
4- Appointments Booking for OPD.
5- Communicating the availability for Lab & Radiology results.
6- Handling any kind of patient’s complains & report it to a responsible if necessary.
7- Make a call back to followed cases.
Job Qualifications
1-Excellent communications skills.
2- Medical Background in Pharmacy/Veterinary/Chemical is a must.
3- Good English.
4- Work under pressure.
5- Flexibility for shifts & Days off.
6-Work Location: New Nozah, Heliopolis
7-Salary: 3100-3600 EGP.
8- Social and medical insurance.
