Training and Development Specialist
Main Purpose:
Implementing the training and development strategy of the company through designing, facilitating and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of specific businesses areas and associated systems and processes, and in addition to implementing a strong performance management system
Education: Bachelor’s degree in preferably Business Administration
Experience: 1-3 year of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
