Kanawat for trading and distribution(Authorized Samsung Distributor) is looking forward for hiring Senior Application Support Responsible for:
• Analysis and design business requirements
• Support company applications especially ERP system
• Provide Users training on the usage of the software, best practices as it relates to the application and specific business needs of the customer.
• Take ownership of users issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Upgrade or migrate the software
• Trouble shooting, data recovering and reinstalling Software.
• Providing procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
Job Specification:

• Education: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience: 3 till 5 years in the same position & prefer in the same industry.
• Object Oriented Programming is a must
• System analysis and design is a must
• SQL Server development is a must
• SQL Reporting SSRS is a must
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software is a must
• SQL BI (Plus)
• ERP Dynamics AX is a plus
• SharePoint Administration is a plus
• Analytical skills
• Design skills.
• Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal)
• Preferably living in Nasr City or nearby.
• Age (Years): 25-28
