Job Purpose:
Admin would be engaged to administer the financial requirements, handle administrative functions and general office needs. Duties of the Admin include providing support to our managers and employees.
Main Responsibilities:
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Process invoices
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Provide support for organizing and arranging company events.
• Book travel arrangements
• Coordinate with different departments inside the organization.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Maintain office General & Administrative office budget.
• Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the office premises
Job Requirements
• Excellent office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1 – 3 years Proven work experience as an office administrator, executive assistant, administrative assistant or Accountant.
• Males Only.
• Excellent in English (spoken and written).
• Solid Accounting Knowledge.
• MS office (Excel & Word & Presentation)
• Solid Business Writing Skills.
